Roles and Rights
Roles are handled via the "Administrator" => "Members" page. The "Roles" section can be found on the right side. Select a new role and press the "Add" button. Roles appear with a link, by clicking it, you will be able to view directly the role, and then drill down and view for each rights in the role which page is accessible. Super admin do have access to all, therefore the right don't appear to any page unless it is accessible ONLY to the super admin.
User rights are given by roles. If a user has 2 roles, the rights cumulated by the two roles are then accessible by the user. Rights are only "additive" as otherwise it would introduce complication to understand if a user has some right or not.
To let users login, they must have fulfilled a few conditions. In the "Administrator" => "Members" page, choose the user you want to verify. If something prevents the member to login a warning message will be displayed:
The following issues could prevent a login:
- "Can Log In" is set to false.
- "Account Active" is set to false.
- The member doesn't have any role.
- The member doesn't have the "User" right .
