PPR Accept - Refuse message

For each PPR form, an accept and a refuse message can be set. Those basically link to a "News & Message". Content of those message are expected to be Markdown and will be transformed in HTML before sending.

The messages and the subjects can contain place holders:

• {AllFields} will create a table with all the form fields and the provided value
• {field_label} where "field_label" is the exact same text as the label defined in the form will be replaced with the value of the specified field.
