EMail configuration
Email configuration can be quite complex, Redcrest Solutions GmbH do offer a standard option to send emails and we strongly suggest to use that, in which case emails will be sent from noreply@flying-fleet.com
In case another configuration is desired
Flying Fleet requires at least 1 email configuration WITHOUT MFA, and can use a different email configuration for each VAT Accounts.
To configure an email: System => Settings => "New Email"
The first and main email must be set as "Is Primary". Once configured the system will try to send an email via the newly setup configuration.
Ensure that the server is not black listed, specially for the billing, otherwise risks to be flagged as spammer is real and all emails may be blocked. Keep in mind that Flying Fleet will send a good quantity of emails depending on the number of members and how the billing is handled. This could result in mailbox being blocked (for example if using M365). Check out your sending limits.
If you don't manage yourself the email account, check out with your IT responsible for this.
The time required to debug email issues is not counted in the initial setup time, and may be charged additionally as support.
